Shipping & Delivery
How your furniture reaches you — from Foshan to your port, clearly explained.
At RobertCASA, we bridge the precision of Italian design with the craftsmanship of Foshan manufacturing. Understanding how your furniture reaches you is essential to a smooth, confident purchasing experience. This page outlines our shipping policies, incoterms, transit times, and packaging standards so you can plan your projects with clarity.
FOB Pricing
RobertCASA operates on FOB (Free on Board) pricing, the standard in international furniture trade:
- We cover: Production, quality inspection, and delivery to the port of departure (Foshan or Shenzhen).
- You cover: International freight, insurance, customs clearance, and import duties.
- Work with your preferred freight forwarder or ask us for trusted partner recommendations.
Shipping Methods
Sea Freight (LCL & FCL)
The most cost-effective option for bulk orders.
- LCL (Less than Container Load): For orders that don't fill a full container. Your goods consolidate with other shipments. Ideal for orders starting at 2–5 cubic meters.
- FCL (Full Container Load): For larger orders. 20’ GP (~25–28 m³) or 40’ HQ (~55–58 m³). More predictable transit times and reduced handling risk.
Air Freight
Available for urgent orders. Production rush (20–25 days, +10% surcharge) combined with air freight. Costs 4–6x sea freight but justified for critical deadlines — hotel openings, trade shows, or last-minute spec changes.
Express Courier (Samples)
Samples ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS at cost + $50 flat fee. Delivery within 7–14 business days with tracking number provided.
