Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

RobertCASA operates bestrobertcasa.com as a B2B wholesale platform. Our services are exclusively designed for verified interior designers, hotel procurement professionals, furniture retailers, and other qualified business purchasers. We do not serve individual consumers or retail customers. By using this website, you represent that you are a business entity or professional purchaser authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization.

2. Order Process

  1. Inquiry — Submit via email, contact form, or direct communication
  2. Quote — Detailed quotation with specifications, FOB pricing, production timeline
  3. Deposit — 30% deposit to initiate production
  4. Production — 30–45 days standard; 20–25 days rush (+10%); 45–60 days large projects
  5. Inspection — Quality inspection with photo/video documentation upon request
  6. Balance Payment — 70% balance due before shipment
  7. Shipment — FOB terms; shipping and insurance are buyer’s responsibility

MOQ: 5 pieces per style standard; 20 pieces minimum for custom/bespoke orders. Samples available at cost + $50 shipping, credited toward subsequent bulk orders.

3. Quote Validity

All quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing. After this period, prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in raw material costs, exchange rates, or manufacturing expenses.

4. Order Modification & Cancellation

Modifications: Orders may be modified only before production begins. Modifications must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Additional charges may apply.

Cancellation: Before production starts — subject to a 10% administrative fee. After production begins — cancellations not accepted; deposit is non-refundable. Custom/bespoke orders (20+ pieces) are non-cancellable once production has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

All product designs, website content, product photography, and the RobertCASA brand name are the exclusive intellectual property of RobertCASA. Buyers may use product images solely for marketing products purchased through authorized channels. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices quoted in USD under FOB (Free on Board) terms. Buyers are responsible for all freight, handling, and destination charges.

  • 30% deposit upon order confirmation
  • 70% balance due before shipment
  • Bank transfers and other methods as agreed
  • All payments in USD unless otherwise arranged in writing

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship under FOB terms; title and risk pass to the buyer once goods are loaded at the port of origin. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, port congestion, customs clearance, and weather. See our Shipping Policy for details.

8. Returns, Warranty & Defects

All sales are final upon shipment. We warrant our products against manufacturing defects as outlined in our Returns & Warranty Policy. Claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence within the specified inspection window. Natural material variations do not constitute defects.

9. Limitation of Liability

RobertCASA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; delays beyond our reasonable control; buyer-provided specifications that fail to meet expectations; or color/texture/finish differences within industry tolerances.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the buyer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Transactions follow Incoterms® 2020.

  1. Negotiation: Both parties shall make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.
  2. Arbitration: If unresolved, the matter goes to binding arbitration by CIETAC in Foshan, Guangdong, China. The language of arbitration shall be English.
  3. Costs: Each party bears its own legal fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by natural disasters, war, government actions, pandemics, fire, severe weather, or supplier failures. The affected party must notify the other within 7 days. If the event continues beyond 90 days, either party may terminate with a pro-rata refund of the deposit for undelivered goods.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information exchanged in connection with orders, including pricing, specifications, designs, and business processes.

13. General Provisions

Amendments: RobertCASA reserves the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any quote, order confirmation, and referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
