Who qualifies for the Trade Program?+

The program is open to verified interior designers, architects, hospitality procurement professionals, furniture retailers, and commercial property developers. We require proof of business such as a resale certificate, business license, or professional membership (e.g., ASID, AIA, IIDA).

How does the free sample program work?+

Trade members receive up to 5 free material/fabric samples per quarter. Additional samples are available at cost. Samples typically ship within 5–7 business days. We also offer a full product sample program where the sample fee is credited toward your first order of $1,500+.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+

Our standard MOQ is 5 units per style. For custom finishes, materials, or dimensions, the MOQ is 20 units. We work closely with trade partners on pilot projects and can sometimes accommodate lower quantities for initial showroom placements.

What are your lead times for trade orders?+

Standard trade orders ship within 30–45 days from order confirmation. Rush production (20–25 days) is available for a 10% surcharge. Large-scale hospitality projects (100+ units) typically require 45–60 days with phased delivery options available.
